Taking a Leap of Faith

Springtime symbolizes growth and change. It always amazes me how quickly the spring landscape changes into a bounty of color.

If only … change in our personal life was that easy!

As a life coach and former teacher, I love learning and setting big goals for myself. And I love it even more when I reach one of my goals 🙂

Maybe you can resonate with the awesome feelings of accomplishment and joy after working so hard and finally reaching a goal. Woohoo~

The past few months, I’ve been working on anopportunity that has allowed me to reach one of my goals … to become a published Author!

It all started with an email and a phone conversation where I was invited to participate in the world’s fastest growing Self-Empowerment series. The book that I’m honored to be a co-author in is called, “The Change 10: Insights into Self-Empowerment.

The Change Series is an awesome collection of authors sharing powerful thought-provoking insights that inspire the reader to go on their own journey of self-discovery and personal change.

What a blessing this opportunity has been for me!

All of this would not have been possible without me taking a HUGE leap of faith.

I thought about this decision for a long time…

Should I do this?

Who would want to read my story?

It was scary. I wasn’t sure what the outcome would be or how my chapter would turn out.

In my heart, I knew that I had to say Yes and get writing!

It was a great opportunity to go outside of my comfort zone, face my fears and grow. I had to let go of the outcome and believe that I would write an amazing chapter (and I did it scared).

I felt such accomplishment when I submitted my final draft.

But, the most amazing part was when I received the package of books at my doorstep….

It was surreal to hold the book in my hands and see my name on the cover.

Taking this leap of faith has brought me so much JOY!

What leap of faith can you take in your life?

Where have you been holding back and playing small?

I invite you to think about these questions for awhile. I understand first hand that this can be hard!

Going outside of our comfort zone and taking this leap of faith calls us to be vulnerable and put ourselves out there. We have to trust in something that cannot readily be seen or proved and this is uncomfortable.

But you can do it!

Take one step and then another and leap towards one of your goals. One can never know the outcome or where we’ll end up until we try.

I can assure you it’ll be an amazing journey of self-discovery either way.

If you’re struggling, scared or looking for support, let’s connect and see how I can support you to stop playing small and Leap!

Many blessings!
